Boetie is a registered Estate Agent since 1973. He is a former manager of Boland Bank, later known as Nedbank. He lived in Mossel Bay since 1986 and is particularly good acquainted with properties in the Southern Cape and is doing business from the Groot and Klein Karoo, the Garden Route up to the Overberg Districts. He is recognized as a Professional Principal Estate Agent by the Estate Agency Affairs Board since 3 July 2010. After his career in the bank industry he started the business known as Boetie Le Roux Estate Agencies in 1993 and is still active as a Principal Estate Agent. He has agricultural qualifications and is well acquainted with farms in the areas mentioned above. With his background as Bank Manger he is also active in the commercial and industrial markets. Hannes started his career in the Real Estate Industry in 2004 and was previously a commercial Banker with Nedbank. Hannes is also the principal of Boetie Le Roux Properties and specializes in the marketing of mostly industrial and commercial properties in the Garden Route and surrounding areas. He is also a candidate professional valuer and can assist with valuations of industrial, commercial as well as residential properties.
